Brilliant Value and Service!! But... a word of caution!!
Sadly had an accident and had to make a claim which was handled well and final payout was made as quick as possible!
But... It took some effort on our behalf and through the process of making the claim we discovered a few things...
Firstly: The 'junior members' of the claims team couldn't answer any out of the ordinary questions (regarding buying the written off vehicle back from the insurance company as part of the settlement) They said it couldn't be done and just kept to their script by giving the same answers that we can read ourselves in the FAQ's section of their website.
Secondly: We had to deal with the Claims Management Company (who 1st Central use to assess & value the vehicle pre and post accident) and this is where the alarm bells were raised. Google for yourself... Incident Management Solutions Limited.
Thankfully we knew how the system works, got through to the right people and kept things under control!
So there you have our word of caution.
