I just realised that my insurance had expired so I called my provider, 1st Central to ask if this had been auto renewed. I was told that it had not been. I asked why I was not emailed a reminder and was told that emails were sent (I just checked and I had not received any emails from them.) So I asked to renew and was told that I no longer met 'their criteria.' I asked what that meant and was told, they could not tell me. I would like to add that I have a perfect credit rating and an a company director. I would recommend avoiding this company. They have no customer loyalty and treat customers very unfairly.
