I took policy out with yourself at the beginning of June 2017. My previous policy said I had 5 years no claims.
However on you doing a search you found that my claim was on 23 June 2012 so officially it is a week or so short of 5 years which I generally did not know. I feel that the administration charge of £50 is a disgrace. Especially when I'm a honest person and it was a mistake which was not intentional
