They don't tell you that you cannot cancel if you have claimed.
The process for establishing fault was negligent, a casual telephone interview, clearly not understood.
The so-called customer services is useless. Promised return phone call not received. Don't answer letters.
This company has cheap premiums for a reason. Good for nothing beyond minimum legal compliance.
