ive recently purchased a new car and needed to update the cars details on my policy, I rang in advance of purchasing the vehicle and was told a price of how much more this would cost me. I was told to ring back if I purchased the vehicle and id just need to pay what was already quoted but when I did ring back I was requoted for the same vehicle and charged even more than I was told, even though I was told it was saved and that was all id need to pay, this mythed me off a little as I had no choice at the time to pay extra.
