I didn't have to wait to speak to an advisor any time that I rang whilst processing my non-fault claim. The car was immediately taken to a garage of their choice which they organized and dealt with it all very well considering I was not at the pick up sight. Since then everything has ran very smoothly. The only issues were the courtesy car was meant to be a hire car from an alternative company, however I still had a car the next day of the accident. Also I haven't yet heard the progress with my claim. I assume this means that it is all going according to plan. An email or tracking system would make me feel more at ease. These are my only issues of which I am scrutinizing. For my first accident I am glad I switched to 1st central.
