Lovely staff, but poor service. Renewal worked out more expensive than new quote with more products but they can't cancel and renew. Have to take out new product and to make it worse I have to go through to three departments and didn't even get it sorted as they all closed after an hour on the phone. Now having to pay more and get less for reduced stress.
