This company is hard to get hold off, when I tried to add someone to my policy they couldn’t and it never got resolved,
When my renewal came though it was £200 move expensive than the year before when I asked them to look and see what they could do all they offered was £25 off even though I went online and got the same quote with you as a new customer and it was £240 lest then my renewal. And the customer adviser I spoke to was very rude telling me I was getting confused with my figures !!! Rude
