The only criticsm I have is seeing the premium for my car insurance increase by £150 overnight! I had obtained a quote in the evening, saved it and called the next day to purchase it. The fact it still represented better value than my exisiting policy was the reason I proceeded.
I would have scored you maximum points had someone tried to honour the previous quote.
It remains to be seen as to whether I renew in 12 months from now.
Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the way thwe process was professionally handled.
