1 star is too much. my date of birth needed to be amended as it was logged as the 11th, not the 12th. the said it's £59.67 because the policy is changed, so it costs that much money to be one day older. they couldn't explain why it's cheaper to be a day younger!
also notice how many of the good reviews on here say 'so far so good'. is it the same person from 1st Central upping the ratings I wonder? I wouldn't put it past them, absolute scammers.
