Quick enough to take your money but try getting back what you are owed, had a non fault claim and car written off. Decided not to get a car straight away so cancelled policy, as I paid in full was promised refund to card, it’s now been six weeks and I have rang at least 10 times spending hours ib the phone. They send you from on deparment to another nobody gets back to you when promised and still no refund. Avoid at all cost!!
