Very poor customer service! After calling to change address, felt like i was speaking to a robot absolutely awful experience, no manners no friendliness, no help! Ended up having to cancel policy This is the worst insurance company I have been with. Be warned that if you make any changes, or be unlucky and have to use the policy it will be your worst nightmare!
Please stay away from 1st central !
