I took out a policy and it cost so much per month ... I changed the vehicle and the premium went up by nearly £20 a month. Nearly £200 over the year.
I then did a fresh quote online to find that it would have been cheaper to cancel and start the policy again. I do not understand the difference in price!!! I expected a cost to change it, maybe an admin charge of £20 or so, but not a £194 charge!!! This I find very disappointing and when I have completed a year My business will go elsewhere.
