They do silent renewals and the customer is impossible to access. The only way I found out what my monthly payment was was through my bank statement.
Had to scrap my car this week so phoned and was told that I would have to pay £116 if charges despite the fact I only have 4 months left to pay !! I also asked for a breakdown via email twice and haven’t received
