Had my card used fraudulently and cancelled. Before a new one arrived, 1st central charged me £30 for a missed payment. Customer complaints told me credit control would sort this, but they refused, basically saying "tough, that's the credit agreement." There is no facility on their website to change payment details despite what their online chat bot will tell you, and the call waiting times are unacceptable.
EDIT: After leaving this review 1st Central contacted me and refunded me for both instances. They have invited me to edit my review which I am happy to to do to report this response. I would be interested to learn if they have altered their procedures to prevent this happening to others in the future.
