I was only made aware by a letter in the post from the police warning me that my car had been spotted for not being insured!!
To my horror I had been driving around uninsured for 2 months!!
So I immediately purchased my new insurance with you online. When talking to one of the staff on the phone post purchase I realised I had already been your customer for the last 3 years in a row. However each year you automatically renewed my insurance. Why did you stop?
I'm also curious as to why my insurance has gone UP by over £100 regardless of having no incidents or requiring any additional add ons. Surely a loyal customer's insurance goes down over time?
Not impressed, especially when I was pulled over by police later that same day for something that shouldn't have to have been a problem in the first place!
