Overall completion of the policy submission form was straight forward and simple to interpret.
However, I have still to actually receive a confirmation email with my welcome pack. This should have happpened twice as, due to an error screen on attempt of first payment, I ended up opening 2 policies with you.
The finance team were very helpful and were quick to cancel the dupplicate policy and set up a refund, although due to this error on your website I am going to be in a financially difficult situation for the next few days until the refund comes through.
In total I have only received 3 emails even with this double policy situation. There are the review email, the cancelation email, and the refund email. If the welcome email had come through as it should have, the double policy issue would have been avoided. Hopefully this is something you can look into so that others don't end up with the same issue as me.
