The agent I spoke to was superb. The website was not working to allow me to purchase two policies, so had to be undertaken over the phone. The young lady I spoke to was informative and professional and even though it was not possible to receive the £50 discount for a second car, I was happy to go ahead and purchase two policies, purely because of the care shown by the agent. She is a credit to 1st Central. Thank you.
