Just joined the company, so I've not had many dealings with them. Having said that, first impression do last and so far all has been very promising. 1st Central offered to insure me when my existing insurance company wouldn't. Despite having held my full UK licence for 45 years with no accidents or Road Traffic offences, and no issues relating to my driving. Very pleased so far with their common sense approach and very thankful for their offer of insurance which was very reasonable in view of the vehicle I own. Thank you.
