Absolutely the worst experience of any insurance company I have ever had the misfortune to try an do business with!
Demanding extra payment of £105.45 because of an error I made filling out that I had a previous claim,
I received this demand by text and had no idea what it was for!
Only to be told when I phoned that I should of had an email explaining why?
No email was received until after my phone call!
When I inquired why it was so much I was told because of my mistake my premium had gone up an I had to pay a £50 admin charge!
My original price of insurance with your unprofessional company was £248.31,
When I resubmitted my details on your website and selected the correct phrase from the drop down menu the premium went up to £255.35,
A difference of £7.04!
How can you justify £98.41 is beyond me,
I was promised call backs from managers 3 times an never received a single one!
It was cheaper to cancel my insurance with you and pay the £50 admin charge an proceed to get insurance with a reputable professional company,
How the company managers or directors sleep at night when they have taken off the black masks an stabled the horses I will never know!
I hope you don't fine your employees £98.41 for any mistake they could ever make when filling out a form!
