Just got my policy, and came through CompareTheMarket, so didn't spend that much time on 1st Central's site. Of course I haven't experienced customer service yet (and hope I won't have to). All that being said, my limited time spent on their website was good - clear UI, nothing confusing, easy to jump between steps to go back and make changes to details. "Insured to drive other cars" was clearly displayed, so I didn't have to go looking deep in the policy documents to find it. Haven't yet seen mention of no-claims proof, so I'm presuming it's automated :)
