£30 "admin fee" charges for very minor changes
Called up to change direct debit date to suit my pay day in my new job. Customer advisor told me i would have to speak to the Finance Team for that but before passing me over asked me to update my occupation status to keep my policy valid to which I did, changing from a Student to Employed and for changing this I was left with a so called "admin fee" charge added onto my monthly payments taking it from £49 a month upto £54. Unnecessary, inconvenient and annoying.
