Asked for details, all details sent over more details than ANY OTHER insurance has ever asked for.
All documents say accepted on the portal then i suddenly get an email saying my insurance will be cancelled as I have not sent the correct documents.
shambles insurance, no wonder they're cheap. Oh and if you can get through to them on the phone? miracle
