I have used them for a few years via a phone call and accessing my computers. Sometimes a problem needs 2-3 techs to figure it out, I am not always sure they know how to resolve the problem but they manage and I'm not tearing my hair out anymore. Today, I believe I had 3 techs resolving overlapping screens, one website would sit atop the other and so on. It was perplexing but after about 1/2 hour they solved it. I have used many techs and I am confident they will figure it out and resolve the issues.
