“I have used them for a few years via a phone call and accessing my computers. Sometimes a problem needs 2-3 techs to figure it out, I am not always sure they know how to resolve the problem but they manage and I'm not tearing my hair out anymore. Today, I believe I had 3 techs resolving overlapping screens, one website would sit atop the other and so on. It was perplexing but after about 1/2 hour they solved it. I have used many techs and I am confident they will figure it out and resolve the issues.”

“Some time ago {appx } my computer locked up and the message from Microsoft was to call Technies. They worked on my computer and fixed it. The charge was $200 and I was told that was for 1 year of repairs. I asked for a receipt and info about calling them. That was the kiss of death, they hung up and that was it.
Day before yesterday the computer locked up and I got the same scren to call you know who. I did and thay didnt know me or my $200. But we talked and I agred to pay another $200 when they wnted $500. They fix the poblem and said they would call me thismorning for the oayment.They called while I was at y doctors and waned $350. I have tried to call them and thee is no answer. I just dont get it. I wish I could talk to a live peson ay Microsoft.”
