I have a relatively simple problem with Outlook. Out of two accounts on my Outlook, personal and corporate, only corporate shows appointments on the calendar after I accept invites. 3 of the helpers spent approximately 5 hours altogether and the problem persists. Please suggest a competent agent. I have paid already about $200 for the fixes and if the techies can't fix it I want my money back. I was trying to get to a manager but was told that a manager is not available.
