They are not Microsoft partners and that's the first lie they tell you. And it gets worst from there on, they had my name and mailing address (probably hacked my Email), and got my CC info to help fix the issues that they caused in the first place. DO NOT TRUST any word that they say, it is a total scam, there is already a lawsuit against them and hope it can bring them to justice and pay back the thousands of dollars that they stole from others. Please be aware of any pop-up on your Windows laptop saying you need to call a toll-free number to fix the issue, Microsoft never asks you to call a Toll-Free number
