I have been a client of 24/7 Techies for several years, and have tree PCs with their coverage. They have NEVER FAILED to fix any problem. Sometimes, I had to use a second PC to get instructions so they could get to the affected PC. They have also contacted me by phone (the line relays through Temeculah, California and is quite clear).
