M. the tech was able to help me with a virus claiming (u) fraudulently (/U) to be from Microsoft. It took over my whole screen, so I was unable to do anything. M.the tech was able to access my computer so "kind of like a back door' he went through my hubby's Techie account to get to mine. He then was able to get rid of the virus. He stayed with me for several hours until my computer was clean. He then advised me how I could avoid these types of virus's in the future, and what to do if one invaded my space again. He also fine tuned the computer so it would run faster. He was also very patient with me once I explained that I had had brain tumors and could be a little slow, M, thanks again for everything you did for me!!!
