I was the victim of a scam where you have to pay to have your computer unfrozen. I did pay, but then I discovered by way of 24/7 Techies that it was only delayed and would happen again. They cleaned off ALL of the scammers connection and viruses, told me what to avoid, and left valuable tools for me to be proactive. Way to go!!!!
