Do not use this company please.
They serviced our boiler and damaged it. No resolution, awful customer service. They blocked our number rather than rectify situation.
We now have a broken boiler that is their fault and will not commit to fix.
All they want to do is refer me to the relevant department.
They won’t tell me who relevant department is, and oddly the relevant people never phone.
Please avoid this company
