Abslutely diabolical service. I have a leak thats dripping from the ceiling, they want photos of where the leaks coming from, i sent photos and said they cant see the leak, so basically.can't send someone down to fix it, might as well fix it myself.
Unless you are handy and are willing to rip up.floorboards etc to find the leak, steer clear.
Thats my direct debit cancelled.
Save your money use the H one much better service and will tell you what I he problem is rather than the other way round.
