They do NOT keep to their end of the agreement.
They keep CHANGING the Terms and Conditions WITHOUT notice to suit themselves.
If you use the Terms and Conditions to defend or justify your position they DON'T listen and threaten you with a Cancellation Fee of a £120.00.
"it's in the Terms and Conditions" is the robotic phrase.
