They are awful, I paid for a year service. I called in the winter for a boiler check and heating service and they said I have to do after 9 months so in the winter. I would stay clear from them.
I also have a leak in the house, apparently it needs to be a visible leak. They will not come to check where the leak comes from so dont see how they are home rescue. They cover my drainage and plumbing and heaing. But can not check if it is one of them causing the leak as they need to see it. I will never renew with them again.
