We have had nothing but problems with them tried to use the pest control part of the policy took 5 days to come out then said would be there following week no one turned up then said it would be week after between 12 and 1 no one came then had to phone a further 3 times each time they said would call back and didn't still waiting for person to come out and keep getting fobbed off. DO NOT USE THESES PEOPLE THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON
