They advertise 24/7 support, but when my boiler broke down, they refused to send an engineer because they “didn’t have enough staff.” I have two kids at home, and they expected us to wait until weekdays—what’s the point of 24/7 service if they can’t actually provide it? Their engineers are completely unprofessional. One told me certain parts needed replacing, and when another came, he said something else and refused to fix it. They already charged me for the repair, yet the boiler stopped working again in less than six months. If they can’t hire enough engineers, they shouldn’t claim to offer 24/7 service. Avoid this company—it’s a waste of time and money!
