TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry we did not read reviews ahead of calling We called for a oven repair burners not lighting, oven not lighting charged 85.00 non refundable for the service call- Than they came out stated it was the ignitor cost 427.99 the stove is only 3 years old and not used on a daily basis the repair cost more than the stove!!! we figured it was closed to Thanksgiving better let these guys fix it WRONG to make a long story short Nothing wrong with the stove Issue was not enough PSI from the gas company- Gas company came out Oven fired right up Took 7 days for the part to arrive when it came in Repairman came out we explained that he never checked PSI and there is no reason to repair a item working, NO REFUND NO CREDIT we were told to turn bill into our gas company like it was their fault??? We are Senior Citizens we don't find 400.00 out in the street PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! You will be sorry I was told if anything goes wrong they would fix it for FREE Are you friggin kidding ...In paying for service the teck used his wife's card reader for the charge which is a different business all together when I told the Bank they immediately canc. our card and we had to wait for another 3-5 days for a card Again Nothing good to say about this company should be rating of -50 stars!!! Caused me more aggervation than I can say hard lesson to learn My only hope what goes around comes around .
