Absolute waste of money. I got someone to check out an issue with my cooktop and they sent me someone who doesn’t know anything about gas cooktops. He didn’t know how to turn it on couldn’t understand that one part is a grill. He said I have never seen this. He even asked me for match to light it up which I didn’t allow given how clueless he is. Oh and he was on the phone the entire time to someone else to help him. Then I got nothing out of it. Never again would I use this company. Save your money.
