The technician arrived unannounced, despite being required to provide a 45-minute notice. When we brought this to his attention, he entered our home, used profane language, including the "F-word," and refused to perform the service for which I had already been charged. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, reminiscent of someone with no regard for customer service. The individual, Christian Gonzales from G.C. Appliances, was dispatched by The Appliance Repair Men, a service that appears to act as a broker for unvetted and unqualified independent contractors. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
