They were on time (I was late) and quickly saw a recall issue on my LG washer, lubed my dryer to eliminate squeaks, and also spotted and replaced a bad belt (he had to make a trip to their parts facility for the belt). All done in under 2 hours, the dryer is almost silent now, and I'm after LG about the washer. Thanks so much!
