As good as it gets. Sam kept working to find my washer problem. He was given a defective replacemmet part and came back as soon as possible. he was excellant. I will call them for any appliance repair. Thank you Sam for being so conscientious and thorough and getting my washer fixed as quickly as possible. Very pleasant and honest to deal with.
