I called them and left a voicemail about my refrigerator not working. The owner called me back within 15 minutes. What a prompt response. He was able to stop by my condo and reapir it the same day! Great customer service! He also gave me advice on an issue I was having with my dishwasher. Would definitely use them again!! Thanks!!
