DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! Ordered an in stock Bernhardt piece through their trade rep. The order was delivered incomplete by CEVA logistics without the glass table top. They did leave a 72” Bernhardt credenza in a box in my clients living room clearly addressed to a customer in Chicago, Illinois. When my client brought the error to the drivers attention, they refused to load it back onto the truck. Fast forward over 3 weeks later and I am still getting the run around from their customer service. The trade rep is nowhere to be found. Mistake happen and how we handle them says a lot ola out a company’s integrity. Shop somewhere else.
