As a new customer, I was entitled to use the SAVEFIVE discount code shown on your website. There were no restrictions out limitations shown. However, when I tried to use it, I got an error message that said my purchase was ineligible to use that discount for. That’s not right, and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Either offer the discount, or don’t, but don’t let a new customer think they’re getting a discount and then claim their purchase doesn’t qualify. Therefore, I’m unlikely to do business with 2Modern again; over ~ $45. Does anybody at 2Modern thinks that’s a good business strategy?
