I found so many amazing pieces from well-known design brands, design-forward kids brands, and niche brands that I had never seen before. I was able to easily discover new products and the shopping experience was delightful. I was easily able to connect with customer support when I needed help and communication was good. It can be a bit confusing if you buy multiple items as they don't ship from a central warehouse, but I was able to contact customer support to get any information I needed
