On October 21st, I ordered and was charged for the Eaton Drum coffee table. 2Modern on their website, promised shipping of my purchased item “in 5-7 business days”. Today is the 13th business day and I still do not have any idea when my coffee table will be delivered. I've cleared my schedule so I will be home when this item arrives. However, I have a busy life and therefore I need to know when my coffee table will arrive.
I should not have been charged for a coffee table that is in “limbo”, especially when a 2Modern representative told me that 2Modern is “having difficulty with this shipping company”. This is not a fair business practice and it also feels like a switch and bait advertisement ploy to get the customer to order from 2Modern.
I reached out, in an email, to CEO Greg Finney, however he never responded.
