I’ve had a very challenging shopping experience. Firstly, the item said it was in stock which it was not. Secondly after I bought it two days later, your company sent me an email telling me the item that I bought was 20% off. After looking at other sites, I saw many other companies with a discounted price. I was able to get the discount refunded. That was not the biggest challenge. The biggest challenge was understanding that the in stock item had moved out and nobody could tell me when it was going to be shipped. You can only quote shipping from Your company to the warehouse, which is not helpful.
