The staff were wonderful and we got a price on a car fridge. The price was written on the poster. The gentleman put it through the cash register but the total was incorrect. They dont give you a receive they forward it to your email and as we did not receive it and we were still in the shopping centre went back for a copy. The total amount was $20 extra than quoted and written on the sale poster. The lady said because they charge you $10 as a handling fee to bring something back she would have to send in a refund. Today we get a $20 store credit to which it was their fault we should get it credited to our account. We ring the office and then they decide we were not charged the incorrect amount and do we have a photo of the price on the poster on the product. Then they decide they will take our $20 store credit away from us. WEIRD. WEIRD WEIRD. We will take it to Consumer Affairs as it was their error.
