It has now been a month and a half since I place my order for just a couple of canvas bags to store steps in. Both 4wd supacentre and the courier company have been both rude and very unhelpful in us getting our bags, we have tried emails phone calls and if it wasn't a automated response we had a very rude thing on the other end of the line. Our next step is to take them to consumer affairs

Order number 4WD004931688 I was charged the non-sale price after purchase instead of the sale-price that I had in my cart at time of purchase (possible delay in prices updating right at end of sale? My transaction went through at exactly 11pm Perth time) The bad review is not for this, but for the fact that they now wont respond to my emails after Deeraj M at customer service misunderstood my email and denied my request to refund the overcharge. They assumed that I was asking for a price match for a single item instead of the bundle purchased (which I wasn't, it was for context) I replied, further clarifying what I was asking for, but received no reply. So I then sent screenshots of the same bundle back on sale for a price similar to what I should have been charged initially, asking them to price match this instead if they are unwilling to refund the original overcharge. Still no reply

BUYER BEWARE: Do not waste your time with this company or KINGS, they send second hand, damaged and rusted products and hope nobody notices. I did notice, sent back, got another batch sent and more rusted, damaged and secondhand products were sent again. It's been over 2 months since I purchased and I'm still waiting for brand new products to arrive, most likely it will happen again and I'll have to send back and wait for another arrival again. At this rate you're lucky to get your items after 6 months of constant returns and reshipping. They said they will not provide any compensation whatsoever, I've wasted my time, effort, bin disposal fees and printing fees just for because of their incompetence.

Buyer Beware - VERY BAD SERVICE Poor service, bad experience. Incorrectly overcharged for item did not receive. Store refused to refund. Very bad company to deal with.

Will never shop there again. Had issues with them in past over returning to exchange for another item they stocked. Took 2weeks to refund the money and I was going to rebuy from them. Anyways now they sting customers 10% restocking fee and if that item is on sale on that day they won’t refund you amount you paid but the amount it’s on sale on that day. . . Not even sure that’s legal as I’ve never seen such scam like practices ever in Australia before.

DO NOT BUY THEIR GAZEBO'S absolute rubbish. Would give a 0 star rating if I could. Cheaply made and weak material broke within 3mths just completely tore in 4 spots and ripped through the support frame. BEWARE OF FALSE WARRANTIES too. Definitely don't expect the warranty to mean anything trust me when I say they will find any loophole they can to void your warranty. So unless you plan on using the gazebo only a couple of times they will void the warranty claiming it is a permanent fixture because you have used it too much. Just be very careful with what you think is a good deal - your better off ordering from somewhere else and get a good quality gazebo that is made to last.

You must be 1000% sure before you buy your product and you won't be returning it. Notwithstanding the reason for the return, the store will mark it as a "Change of Mind" and will only provide store credit. My wife purchased a gazebo without realising its substantial weight. Due to its size, it cannot fit inside our vehicle, and placing it on the roof would be too heavy, as I suffer from tennis elbow and my wife is unable to lift it. Upon visiting the store and explaining the situation, the only response received was that a refund would not be granted and only store credit would be offered. Therefore, it is essential to exercise caution when making purchases from this store.

Confirm you started the mediation process Disgraceful after sales service 1.0 30 Jun 2024 Purchased a projector in store, didn't hold it's charge. Major fault. They called it a minor fault, the standard response they give for all of the faulty products they sell, to get out of refunds. They are a disgrace and should not be selling in Australia. I can't believe they are still trading. Buyer beware, there is no come back if you buy from this company, they just don't care.

not happy at all my lady went there to look at deep cycle batterys sent me pics as i was at home we decided to buy a fairly big one 35.5 kgs it weighs they did not help my lady with a trolley nothing shes only small bult short lady s in her spine bad back she had to carry this heavy dam thing to car by herself . bloody disgusting we just paid over 200 dollars on the battery where atre your manners u horad people you ato be ashamed of your selfves . i will be warning others n i gues next time we will bring our own hand trolley ?????????????????

The worst customer service ever. From other reviews it would seem they choose to do business this way. Scammers! They've been fined by the ACCC for misadvertising and again for sending 83,000 spam texts. Staff are rude & unhelpful. I was sold an inferior product that has broken and they refuse to refund. I have sent a video showing its broken. Do not use this company! A really nasty group of people!

Do not recommend dealing with this company at all. It almost 7 months and I am still waiting on a refund for staff error. Told staff required measurements for the roof top camp tent, took it home and it did not fit. Emailed to make a claim for refund as they don't supply any with the specs that are required. I have been asked no less than 10 times for more images when the original photos clearly show it doesn't fit. I have been asked the same amount of times to explain how it doesn't fit. I'm sure if you've read this far you already understand how it doesn't fit. I supplied more photos of the tent with a tape measure showing the length and how it doesn't match what was requested and I am still being told they are not sufficient. I wait 6 weeks between email communication and when i call its a minimum 30 minute wait to speak to someone, who can't even help. I find it very odd that the claims team do not have phones nor do the managers, yet they cant respond to emails in a timely matter. I have reported to the ACCC and about to lodge with fair trading to get refund and seek compensation. This company a complete joke.

After the website kept crashing my online purchase, I had to go via a phoneback from the Store ... well it all went pear shaped and I ended up with a product that could have been puchased for $70 less than paid. Some pretty tricky marketing to catch one of their guard. I do not recommend 4WD Supercentre, presume they are not Australian owned or based either. My bad ... provide details for a $10 welcome voucher, to find it cant be used anyway, cause all of their products are so called 'on sale' !!! pfffftttt ... Run

Do not shop with mongrels Bought lithium battery didn't use just took out of box and was just to big took it back within 24 hours to swap over for a Slimline and wouldn't accept it because it's been opened falsely accused me of using it which is toxic customer service (didnt't use) absolutely disgusting service and company policies see if fair trading SA can help

Don't go to this Business unless you are going to scrutinise your invoice at the register BEFORE you pay. I was overcharged at the weekend, and they "apparently" cannot refund you the money immediately, they claim that you have to go through a process and provide bank account details to their claims team. I was overcharged on Saturday January 13, 2024, I have contacted their customer service team multiple times, and have not had any contact from them yet to get my money returned. So while I am being charged interest on my credit card for their overcharging me, they are getting interest on my funds that they are holding onto! They have stolen from me and I have yet to receive my money back! I have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading and now I am putting this information everywhere so that people will learn from what has happened to me and insist that they are shown all the charges that they are paying for before they actually pay. I will never step foot in this store again, I don't care if I pay more for products elsewhere, DO NOT GO HERE!

We phoned the only number on the website which connected us to Kings Canberra based call centre. We ordered a 4.5 x 3m gazebo and paid for it at the time for pick up at the Shepparton store. They checked stock and said there were 4 in stock. Today we went to pick it up, whilst they were looking for it, we decided to purchase & paid for the wheeled carrier bag for it. We were then told that they had none of the gazebos in stock. That the call centre had not notified them of the purchase and the 4 that they had in stock had been sold. We requested a refund on the gazebo and the wheeled bag which we had just purchased and were told that the store cannot action refunds, that they put a claim into their claims department who would contact us in due course and arrange for a refund to be paid into our bank account despite the fact that the original purchase was done on a credit card. Finding this unsatisfactory we pushed the point and the Shepparton store checked stock levels at other stores and found stock at Bendigo and Ballarat however they could not do inter store transfers so we would have had to travel to one of these two locations to pick it up! They did offer to post one out but we wouldn’t have had it until some time in the New Year. Luckily for us we have a relative in Ballarat who could pick it up. We find their whole business model to be atrocious and very customer unfriendly. I wonder what Consumer Affairs Victoria would say about their refund policy!!! Their policies and procedures leave the poor store staff subject to a string of irate customers because their Canberra call centre can’t get their act together. We were told by one staff member that they are constantly having to deal with customer complaints because of similar occurrences. We will never shop there again. I also notice there is not ONE positive review on this site - speaks for itself.

Appalling quality product "not fit for purpose", 6m x3m "heavy duty" gazebo. We bought a 6m x3m "heavy duty" gazebo. It is two years old and been used three times. On the third usage the canopy ripped at the stitching. Contacted the company and the response was "it is out of warranty" (regardless of the fact that it is not "fit for purpose" ). They suggested we raised a claim and provide photos which we did. The response was its "wear and tear"! The gazebo is stored inside our house in the bag that they sold for it (the bag is one year old after one use the wheel fell off and it tore - quality like tissue paper). The product bar the canopy is in brand new condition. Used for two Xmas's backyard functions and one baby shower (each in our protected backyard). The prices may be low but so is the quality and support! Would not recommend using this product in you backyard let alone in any 4wd environment. We advised the company that due to their response we will be raising a case with the Dept. of Fair Trading (the company did not respond), so a case has been raised. Reading some of the other reviews, our experience mirrors theirs.

Would never buy from their online store they sent the wrong items 3500km and expect me to drive 3ookm down a dirt road to then pay for the items to be frieghted back 3500km to then have my correct items sent 3500km back and another 600km round trip to pick them up. Payed for items in Oct not going to be able to use them till Feb. Contacted numerous times expecially after posting reviews but all state nothing gcan be done till I either send photos of labels or send back. Why would we drag the wrong items 300km to return them 300km so how would we be able to get into our storage in the closest town to do anything they have asked. It is like talking to a computer that can only do what the programs tells it to do. Go talk to a manager or something stop trying to deal with something that your customer support team is clearly unable to process my story. I will be going gto the ombundsmen now as I have tried 5 different times and each time I get ghosted.

bought a item from BRENDALE STORE on previous day only and it ended up being a double gift for a friend, who had received similar thing from someone else. Went back to the store in order to return BRAND NEW IN THE BOX STILL AND PURCHASED DAY BEFORE. Salesman behind the desk and manager were rude and arrogant when talking to me. Typical amateur behaviour. “kings Store policy” according to a MICRO PRINTING on desk says it can’t be returned but exchanged for store credit. I don’t want any product from a business that trick customers into their low quality customer service. A warning that their product is as low quality as their service! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. SNOWYS is just across the road with a SUPERIOR QUALITY on service and product!
