“The staff were wonderful and we got a price on a car fridge. The price was written on the poster. The gentleman put it through the cash register but the total was incorrect. They dont give you a receive they forward it to your email and as we did not receive it and we were still in the shopping centre went back for a copy. The total amount was $20 extra than quoted and written on the sale poster. The lady said because they charge you $10 as a handling fee to bring something back she would have to send in a refund. Today we get a $20 store credit to which it was their fault we should get it credited to our account. We ring the office and then they decide we were not charged the incorrect amount and do we have a photo of the price on the poster on the product. Then they decide they will take our $20 store credit away from us. WEIRD. WEIRD WEIRD. We will take it to Consumer Affairs as it was their error. Puts a sour thought in returning to the store if this is Managements way of handling things. The staff were excellent but Management”
“I bought a GPS hud unit and it was faulty. I took the unit back to the store and they told me I will receive my money in two days. A week later I'm still waiting. I called the store and they diverted my call to an operator in India. They said they're still investigating into the matter. I'm still waiting for Mr refund. Avoid this company like the plague. How can they legally trade like this. Why isn't someone looking into this criminal activity. Has Australia gone soft on these dodgy business owners. “I purchased a single induction cooktop as per the box instructions it comes with 9 power levels 300w 500w 800w 1000w 1200w 1500w 1800w 2000w. Purchased to use with a victron 1200w inverter. The problem with the induction cooktop is that it draws close to 1400w on the 1200w setting so even if I turn it all the way down to 300w it still draws close to 1400w which my 1200w inverter will no run. Someone should be making sure this product are up to Australian standards at a minimum.”
“Has been a 4wd supacentre costumer for years but my last purchase (Bat Block 40) was a complete nightmare. After 1 day of use, one of the USB ports stoped working and the Kings stickers started to pill off.
I tried in store, tried call the costumer service to get it sorted and get my refund and guess what? They simply ignored the fact that is such a poor quality product and that i am not happy with it and neither want a replacement but a refund.
Don't buy kings products unless you want to waste your money, time and mental health trying to sort things out with them.
I will make sure that everyone i know will be aware of how Kings treat their clients from now.

Both 4wd supacentre and the courier company have been both rude and very unhelpful in us getting our bags, we have tried emails phone calls and if it wasn't a automated response we had a very rude thing on the other end of the line. The bad review is not for this, but for the fact that they now wont respond to my emails after Deeraj M at customer service misunderstood my email and denied my request to refund the overcharge. They assumed that I was asking for a price match for a single item instead of the bundle purchased (which I wasn't, it was for context) I replied, further clarifying what I was asking for, but received no reply. So I then sent screenshots of the same bundle back on sale for a price similar to what I should have been charged initially, asking them to price match this instead if they are unwilling to refund the original overcharge. Still no reply”

Do not waste your time with this company or KINGS, they send second hand, damaged and rusted products and hope nobody notices.
I did notice, sent back, got another batch sent and more rusted, damaged and secondhand products were sent again.
It's been over 2 months since I purchased and I'm still waiting for brand new products to arrive, most likely it will happen again and I'll have to send back and wait for another arrival again. At this rate you're lucky to get your items after 6 months of constant returns and reshipping.
They said they will not provide any compensation whatsoever, I've wasted my time, effort, bin disposal fees and printing fees just for because of their incompetence.”

“DO NOT BUY THEIR GAZEBO'S absolute rubbish. Would give a 0 star rating if I could. Cheaply made and weak material broke within 3mths just completely tore in 4 spots and ripped through the support frame. BEWARE OF FALSE WARRANTIES too. Definitely don't expect the warranty to mean anything trust me when I say they will find any loophole they can to void your warranty. So unless you plan on using the gazebo only a couple of times they will void the warranty claiming it is a permanent fixture because you have used it too much. Just be very careful with what you think is a good deal - your better off ordering from somewhere else and get a good quality gazebo that is made to last.”

My wife purchased a gazebo without realising its substantial weight. Due to its size, it cannot fit inside our vehicle, and placing it on the roof would be too heavy, as I suffer from tennis elbow and my wife is unable to lift it.
Upon visiting the store and explaining the situation, the only response received was that a refund would not be granted and only store credit would be offered.
Therefore, it is essential to exercise caution when making purchases from this store.”

Purchased a projector in store, didn't hold it's charge. Major fault. They called it a minor fault, the standard response they give for all of the faulty products they sell, to get out of refunds. They are a disgrace and should not be selling in Australia. I can't believe they are still trading. Buyer beware, there is no come back if you buy from this company, they just don't care.”

They've been fined by the ACCC for misadvertising and again for sending 83,000 spam texts. Staff are rude & unhelpful. I was sold an inferior product that has broken and they refuse to refund. “Do not recommend dealing with this company at all. It almost 7 months and I am still waiting on a refund for staff error. Told staff required measurements for the roof top camp tent, took it home and it did not fit. Emailed to make a claim for refund as they don't supply any with the specs that are required. I have been asked no less than 10 times for more images when the original photos clearly show it doesn't fit. I have been asked the same amount of times to explain how it doesn't fit. I'm sure if you've read this far you already understand how it doesn't fit. I supplied more photos of the tent with a tape measure showing the length and how it doesn't match what was requested and I am still being told they are not sufficient. I wait 6 weeks between email communication and when i call its a minimum 30 minute wait to speak to someone, who can't even help. I find it very odd that the claims team do not have phones nor do the managers, yet they cant respond to emails in a timely matter. I have reported to the ACCC and about to lodge with fair trading to get refund and seek compensation. This company a complete joke.”

“Don't go to this Business unless you are going to scrutinise your invoice at the register BEFORE you pay. I was overcharged at the weekend, and they "apparently" cannot refund you the money immediately, they claim that you have to go through a process and provide bank account details to their claims team. I was overcharged on Saturday January 13, 2024, I have contacted their customer service team multiple times, and have not had any contact from them yet to get my money returned. So while I am being charged interest on my credit card for their overcharging me, they are getting interest on my funds that they are holding onto! They have stolen from me and I have yet to receive my money back! I have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading and now I am putting this information everywhere so that people will learn from what has happened to me and insist that they are shown all the charges that they are paying for before they actually pay. I will never step foot in this store again, I don't care if I pay more for products elsewhere, DO NOT GO HERE!”
