(UK) appalling level of service. Tyres ordered, paid, and confirmed took 1/2 day off work to get fitted. Tyre shop apologised since the tyres had NOT arrived called complaint line spoke to Maureen ? raised matter with her lots of apologies and promised discount on next tyre purchase. Still no tyres and they still have my money now seeking additional process to escalate this matter formally https://www.reviews.io/company-reviews/store/Blackcircles
